Doel: voicemails niet laten liggen en consistent afhandelen.  |  Standaard: digitaal (e-mail) antwoorden; terugbellen alleen bij urgentie, complexiteit of klantverzoek. SLA = zoals e-mail.
Goal: don't leave voicemails lying and handle them consistently.  |  Default: answer digitally (email); call back only on urgency, complexity or customer request. SLA = like email.
